Ok, I’ve counted my wife’s shoes in the closet and found 88 pairs. So I’m guessing she isn’t barefooted today in the office so that makes 89 pairs total. I remember a year or so ago that she was able to give away a large box of shoes to some agency for the needy, and she said that she wouldn’t buy anymore.
However the closet is full of her shoes. How many pairs are enough? Why are there so many the same color and style? Is this normal or do I need to have the closet enlarged?

I might have 7 pairs of shoes.
Unless I have to go somewhere, I am barefoot. (I do take extra special care of my feet, I hate seeing cracked or split feet esp. on women)
I have about 10-12 pair. That's counting slippers. (I have those for winter time...did wear them for the last six years in MI...doubt I will need them NOW in NC). Liz
I rank shoe shopping right up there with a visit to the dentist
maybe it is because I have um "generous" feet lol so shoe shopping isn't really that fun
If I had to guess I would say it is over 100. I bought 3 pair yesterday so that brings the grand total for pairs of shoes bought this week to 4. I LOVE SHOES!!!!
My husband used to have less than 10 probably around 5 pair but in the last two years that has changed and he is now a shoeaholic right along w/ me.
Well, I ran and counted my pairs of shoes.....19 -
I guess I have some for all occassions when I need them??????
And *ahem* HDL I even have a nice pair of shoes I wore with my Birthday outfits yesterday that you did not get to see as the pic was taken well after the day was considered done for anymore outings and time for hangout clothes,

I would guess about 20 pairs that I actually would/could still wear, and I don't consider myself someone who is "into" shoes that much. I have some that are identical to each other because I liked the fit so well I bought more of them.
