Just looked it up, there is no H&M in my state. That sucks.
That's sad. One of my fave stores for trendy stuff. But you can find more mature stuff than f21. And cut more for women not juniors. So I better fit if you have more hips.
Macy's for jeans. Other than that it's just hit and miss between them and Kohl's. I've always been disproportionate, (big hips, smaller elsewhere) so shopping gets discouraging pretty quickly.
i went shopping again today. I had luck at Macy's--I got three pair of pants. They fit perfectly. I went to Nordstroms and got myself some sandals. I don't know, I think I'm picky about where I shop. Like when it comes to shoes, I always go to Nordstroms. When it comes to Jeans--it's regular Gap or Macy's. When it comes to shirts, it USED to be forever 21 and Macy's. But I don't like the shirts in either store anymore. So I def. need a new "shirt" store.
I like Ross, Burlington, and TJ Maxx for tops, skirts and capris. I'm tall, so they don't have pants or jeans that are long enough. I get those from Victoria's Secret, but they ain't cheap.
JC Penney, but I order the clothes online. I am tall and that's the only way to get them. JCP is one of the few mainstream stores that sell any Tall women's clothing.
There's another nice catalog called Long Elegant Legs (LEL), but they are more expensive. Nice things, though.
Fashion Bug, I love the slacks I get there. Have gotten thicker through my mid section after 5 kids and aging. I always find clothes that flatter and don't cling to my mid section. Slacks always fit perfect. Get on the mailing list you get coupons. The clothes are very affordable, and with coupons you can actually buy more than what you went in to buy. Good quality clothing. Also washes and dries great.
I also like Penney's, especially for the kids.
Bought jeans at Wal Mart last winter, their faded glory brand, and they fit great. Had bought that brand of shorts last summer, loved them so much, thought what the heck I'll try the jeans and for $14 they can't be beat, great fit and a heavier stretch denim than most women's jeans.I like heavier denim, especially in the winter.
Banana Republic for me -- they have the best clothes for men. Or Macy's - they have a great selection of brands I can get on sale .
