The reason I cannot support the person who makes the ring is because they no longer make it. It was made by a designer that only created a certain number of this ring, and when I contacted them they stated they were sold out. Which isn't surprising considering that the person in the photo above is really popular, and many people probably bought this ring after seeing her wear it.
I know people have strong emotions surrounding the word "knockoff"; in this case, perhaps I should have just said I want a very similar looking ring.
On the other hand, perhaps you need not be so quick to judge people's intentions in the future - doing so could prove to be pretty disgusting to others.
