Maybe because in most of the world it's so rare.

dunno why it is.

I'm not into white women though, so it doesn't affect. Funny since even though I was born and raised in a white country, for most of my 20s I kind of went out of white women entirely. I'm 34 now, and don't give white women a second thought sexually.

Back in kindergarten (70s), the teacher thought all the blue eyed kids (most of the class) were cute and was nice to them. The few of us who had brown eyes, she always singled out and treated unfairly and came up with excuses to make us stand in the corner. The blue eyed kids got to be themselves and never had to stand in the corner.

When I go back and see reruns of shows that used to be popular, it seems like everyone had blue eyes. 2 examples: I Dream of Jeannie and The Brady Bunch. It seems just crazy that every person on those 2 shows had blue eyes.

Also, when I've looked at women's magazines from the 70s, the white models only had blue and green eyes.
Really? The teacher treated you differently because of your eye color AND told you so?

Are sure you aren't having phantom memories after watching a special on Jane Elliot??

As for models, seriously, buy a clue. Janice Dickerson, Gia, Edie Sedgewick...do I need to list more?

Its because the media pushes it. Its called eurocentricism. Look it up. Personally, it doesn't matter to me.. If you have blond hair, and blue eyes and your ugly (inside and out), I still won't date you.

I would assume because it is rare. But being surrounded by the phenomenon, I snapped my neck the first time I saw a Spanish girl. Blondes are a dime a dozen here. I suppose we just like what is different.

My favourite combination is blue eyes and dark hair on both men and women.

Different people hold different aesthetic, some people will consider someone with blond hair and blue eyes is very attractive, while others think someone with black hair and black eyes is beautiful.

What about black people, Asian, and Hispanics? Do you think they don't have the best bone structure? And what's wrong with having fuller lips and a bigger nose?

What about the person who stated that blondes/blue eyed people have the "best" bone structure and smaller facial features? Isn't that a bigoted opinion?
