Do you have skin problems with certain products? My problem is anti-persperants. I'll find one that works, then they'll change the formula, and my under arms burn and itch within a few days. There is one product that's never given me any problems, Original Right Guard, a deodorant, not an anti-persperants. I keep a can for back-up should I run out of the usual stuff or it starts burning. Debating sticking with Right Guard. I work in a boiler room so I will sweat. Probably why I itch and burn using anti-persperants.

I have a mild form of psoriasis which is in the scalp and occasionally around the nose and eyes. Stress makes it worse. Regular dandruff shampoo doesn't work during a flair up. Only thing that works is Scalpicin with hydrocortisone.

Oh, yeah -- I can't use solid or rub on types of deodorants. They cause folliculitis on me. Which is nasty and really hurts. I only use Ban roll on.

I also have to stay away from skin products with soy. I'm allergic to soy.

I was just talking to a lady the other day and she said that whenever they called something "new and improved" you can be sure that they added more chemicals to it. That sounds about right. Have you tried more natural brands? Or ones that are not antiperspirants? There certainly are skin care products I can't use on my face like sunscreen and make-up remover pads. Now I just use witch hazel and coconut oil.

Witch Hazel has alcohol in it, and that can be very bad for rosacea. (sorry -- the other thread has ben rosacea lecture mode) Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's good for you. Just like if something is chemical doesn't mean it's bad.

Anything by Oil of Olay makes my skin break out horribly in tiny little pimples (even the products that are oil-free or for sensitive skin)

You may be allergic to the aluminum in anti-perspirants.....deoderants don't have that ingredient.

Dove products do this to me. They say the soap leaves no residue, but my skin does not believe that.

I bought the Olay Pro-x months back and it was too irritating. I even tried using my sisters Clairsonic Mia but even their softest brush was too much for my skin. I seriously felt like I was washing my face with a sander.
