i'm a fan of tj maxx/marshalls/nordstrom rack. I have also found great stuff at Goodwill and at upscale resale stores. old navy stuff isn't good quality for the price IMO, so i don't usually even bother looking there.

I'm another Goodwill enthusiast! Picked up "the bible" last week (Vogue Sept./Fall issue) - then hit a few local Goodwill's a few days later. Scored a tweed Chanel-look-alike jacket, simple black leather vest, leopard pumps, and a beautiful jewel-toned floral Echo scarf. I can go weeks w/o finding anything, then score big in one afternoon. It's the "thrill of the hunt" with ridulous prices! My tweed Dana Buchman jacket cost $3.99.

I still really like JC Penney, although it seems like I am one of the few!

I hadn't been there in a long time. I ended up realizing 90% of the clothing isn't cut for busty women so I probably won't spend much time there. I also found that many of the fabrics were crappy.

You can find some nice, Italian-made, cheap items at Nordstroms. Old Navy was never known for their quality.

I like DSW but you have a mix of good an not so good quality there so I usually spend about an hour browsing.

I buy a lot on Ebay. I only buy New with Tag or New without Tag. They are so cheap and make me look great. I get compliments from women all the time. The drawback is you have to spend time searching on the site though. It's worth the money.

I'm a fan of stores like T.J. Maxx and Marshalls because I have found Calvin Klein and other designers tops there for under $20 most times. My go to store for slacks & tops these days is Chico's (when they are having a sale) or Talbot's because they have a large petite section but both of them can be a little bit challenging as they seem to cater to the "more mature" woman.
