So what do you wear on your wrist? I have a Seiko that belonged to my grandfather, a Citizen that I wear everyday, and a Rolex for special occasions.
The Seiko is an older model that my grandfather left to me when he passed so it's something I cherish dearly. The Citizen is nothing special, it's a durable watch that is easily replacable. My Rolex is something I prize. I always wanted a Rolex when I was younger so when I finally made enough, I bought one. It's not one of the $20,000 Presidents but it sure looks great.
Watch? Haven't worn one in years. There are clocks all around at work and every appliance I have has a clock and so does my cell phone which is the one I use most often
I wear a Stainless/18K Concord flat dress watch, super thin case with a black leather strap. I can't stand heavy things on my wrist and Rolexes and most bigger watches are just too big for comfort, plus they tend to tilt with gravity with the case under the wrist at some point and get in the way, or, my shirt sleeves on long sleeve shirts get blocked by them. I hate that. So, I wear a super ultra thin Concord that I don't even feel or notice unless I look for the time

Actually, I do the same thing. But, I also have a Wenger watch, that I wear once in a while, more in the winter, than summer. I hate wearing anything on my wrist then, because it's so dang hot and humid!
I don't wear a watch anymore, but when I worked retail I had (still do, actually) a whole collection of watches. A couple of Fossil watches--including a "Limited Edition" Batman watch, a couple of coca cola Swatch watches, collected all the ones from the fast food places--Disney, Nightmare Before Christmas, etc. I also have a Christmas watch that lights up and plays Jingle Bells. I guess that makes me--fickle?

I accidently wore mine in the shower,it has happened before but this time it
died. Not sure what type it was but it was like $30 at walmart,I had it about 4 years so it is "TIME" for a new one.
I have a few nice Disney watches (they're fun, I love 'em) and a nice Tommy Bahama watch my DH gave me for Christmas.
Now this is funny, I bought a cheapie Timex watch for the beach the summer I was preggers with DS. That is still my beach watch, only replaced the battery ONCE & DS turns 17 in a few weeks! I could do a commercial for Timex!
I have numerous watches, (I collect). Some of my favorites are 1949 Baume-Mercier Chrono, 1944 Omega Moon Phase, 1965 Omega Seamaster Chrono, 1952 Rolex Datacompax, 1954 Rolex Oyster Date Just. I also have a Enicar Sherpa Guide (which is not worth alot of money) however it does have history. In 1978 it was worn on an attempt to summit Mt. Everest. It made it to the summit on 10-16-78 worn by Ang Dorje Sherpa, one of the few people to summit Everest without the use of oxygen. I try to wear them as often as I can.
