Interesting read, thanks for sharing. I don't think other races understand the difficulty black people have when it comes to hair maintenance.
Though I must say, as a man and potential customer, I take exception to some of these standards:

I like big butts and I cannot lie; you other brothas can't deny. If I was at hooters and the girls had some nice bubbles to match what they had up top, that would be
far from a negative. Hell if I was the manager, I'd say ditch the implants; if they want to go up a cup size, screw the "healthy" shift meal and fill out that uniform the old fashioned way with some beer wings.
