First of all, too cheap! My goal was always to retire early (I retired at 52 w/o a pension and always making a low salary) and the only way I could do it was to live way below my means.
I do belong to a gym and use the hot tub and sauna/steam room---that's my version of a massage and facial.
Just shave my legs. Waxing hurts and is expensive.
Don't really know that I need a massage---I do a lot of yoga and that prevents tight muscles, etc.
You'd really be shocked to know I never get manicures/pedicures either!
Massages: legs during spa pedicures & back/shoulders/arms after manicures, which these days is once a month, if that. (I'd be going every other week if I had the time.) BUT I did just tell my husband that we need to find a spa for regular body massages.
Waxing: brazilian every 5 weeks. (Give or take a week, depending on my schedule.)
Facials: Never. If I had the extra $ and time, I'd consider visiting the local medi-spa for laser treatments.
Massages - every two weeks mainly after both pedicure and manicure.
Waxing - Once a month usually, if i cant go i use Nair for hair removal
Facials - I do them at home weekly, but as for professionally at a spa every month.
Skin care is very important to me and I have tons of home remedies.
I went occasionally for treatments when I was younger but quickly grew to dislike the experience and I also don't like the products that are used in salons. I can't see needing or wanting someone to take care of me unless it's a medical necessity.
I do my all own treatments, including mat massages with various balls and props. I do some kind of 'beauty treatment' about once a day, it's routine.
EDIT: I prefer Nads sugaring product as a depilatory
and EDIT: I found that hair grew thinner but just as fast, I could never go 6 weeks without using a depilatory like some products boast. Maybe 2 weeks, 3 at the longest.
