I thought this might be the best Forum to ask...
There are four of us who get together once a year or so...old college friends. Each of us usually has a gift for the other three.
Here are some things that were given in the past:
- satiny shoe bag with cute insignia
- raffia-wrapped homemade soaps and jellies from a resort area
- purse-size photo holders (three are doting grandmoms)
- large photo frame with nice pic of the 4 of us on a previous trip
- stretch bracelets all the same color as a remembrance of that trip
I can't recall others right now. I was trying to think of something that has each person's initials on it...all I could come up with are those drink "coozies" I've seen in the store and that's not exciting me.
I'd like to keep each gift under $20 and not too bulky to pack (we're flying.) ...all ideas welcome!! Thanks!!
I know how hard it is to come up with ideas that several people would like. I usually give Philosophy bath products; however, have you thought of something like the Twisty Towels (I think that is what they are called). I have put them in Christmas stockings and also for Secret Santa presents and they are always popular.
how about some slippers with the intials on them and maybe you could even get them in their fave colors . I used to do this very thing with some of my college room mates . There were four of us who were very close . Two have since passed away and now the other two of us are not that close anymore and I miss that so enjoy this time you have because you just never know what can happen tommorow ...
I LIKE drink coozies! Especially, the ones for wine glasses!!! I don't know how cost-prohibitive it would be to have monograms...but I love those things!
