My wife purchases her own bras because she is ultimately the one who has to wear them. As far as other women wearing them, I try hard not to look. Whatever works for them.

+1 Dauntless Dan. Since this is an old thread, I didn't read most of the replies, but I wonder what difference it makes what a guy thinks about padded bras? It's really none of his concern. (unless of course, he's a transvestite and he is the one wearing them).
