Get both. You can find both styles very cheap at Forever 21 or Charolette Rouse. I have a closet full of them that I plan on donating to the Salvation Army

Glad you went for 1. I think the lace on the second is too matronly.

The second one would likely fit you horribly. Those dresses tend to be designed for C cups, so when you put it on, you chest will take up most of the fabric, and it won't hit you at the waist. It'll end un an unflattering spot on your waist most likely. Just my 2 cents!
