Hey...to each their own I always say...The only reason I'd ever purchase that (if ever) is to give to my 3 year old grand daughter, though her mom probably wouldn't be too happy about it.
Bling may attract looks or stares - its primary, gaudi purpose, but poor taste and a "Look at me! Look at me!" appearance, or even many similar posts, does not the individual attractive make.
I've never understood that sort of style. Like in the late '70s people stole Mercedes hood ornaments and wore them on a chain around their neck. Or Flava Flave and that clock.
