lotion - how much/how often?

Face - every day w/ moisturizer

Body - the plan is twice a day, once in morning after shower and before I sleep. However, I'm busy and this usually just ends up being once a day.

Head to toe every single day, except for the summer. I find that with the lotion I tend to use (Aveeno 24hr) + the general Houston humidity, the skin above the waist does better with being moisturized every other day.
