Most people want to feel beautiful, and have their "beauty" or "attractiveness" appreciated and validated.

Models are rail-thin with almost no breasts. Clothes don't "hang right" on women with big breasts.

Nearly 400,000 women got breast implants, almost all for cosmetic reasons, this year in the US.

They are definitely not going for the typical model look.

Does every woman want to model? No
What is the need or sense for every woman to be a model? There isn't one.
What are women really seeking? Not sure what you are going for here.

How about your answers to those questions, napy666!

Every woman has been told "You could be a model" by a male suitor or friendly person. Hearing those words is a wonderful compliment, and makes you wonder "what if".

I don't know any women who want to be or look like models.

This little girl wants to be a model though

There are many different types of model and only one type needs to be especially thin (unless you consider a size 6 super thin). Modeling in general requires a beautiful or interesting face and a pleasing body type, whether that be thin, average, or plus.

Regardless of the type, it's flattering to think you could be a model. It means you hold certain desirable traits that are widely appealing. It means you might be able to stand in front of a camera without looking like an eighth grader caught groping his girlfriend.

The second part is maybe not something people take into consideration but, holy frijoles, I have seen way too many pretty girls take pictures looking like a deer in headlights and I frankly think it's more about the way a model looks than how she poses.
