I prefer today's fashion honestly, aside from all the tattoos. Actually tattoos are really a 90s fad that's grown even bigger so even that.

My wife is still frantically trying to find blue jeans without spandex in them. It is next to impossible. She has to order from L.L. Bean or someplace similar. She does not like the skintight fit nowadays. She more likes the loose fit of the 80s. I like that look on her too. It's what makes her happy.

I think the 90's were great. The current "stripperfication" of women's fashion has become a bit much. To me, a woman's beauty is more noticeable without all the extras. But that's just one opinion.

"Stripperfication"? What examples of everyday women's fashion do you call "strippification"? Are you just going by what you see celebs (who have image consultants, personal shoppers, publicists, personal hair and makeup artists, etc. to help them keep their public "identity" and/or image) wear, or are you talking about what you see in the typical everyday, ordinary 18-30 year old woman wearing?

I see NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING in today's female fashion that even remotely resembles "stripper" wear.

The way women dress for a night out these days (I've seen girls with dresses so short you could see their panties) these days would be considered hooker-wear back in the 90s or 80s.

I agree. What exactly defines 'stripperfication'? While some celebs push the envelope with their attire (particularly pop musicians), I'm struggling to see what's so stripper-like about normal fashions like you or I would wear.

I tell ya, it's a blessing to watch a pre 2000 beach movie or Skinamax. These gals today are covered in them. They look trashy and cheap. Maybe I'm getting old. Falling off your bike or whatever....fine. Self mutilation? Hey, I'd give anything to take back my scars. You put them there on purpose.....no thanks.
