What is the most you would pay for sneakers? Me I will only spend $50.00 max..I cant see spending a lot of money on sneakers but I do like to be comfortable.

I can't say I would NOT spend more, but your 50.00 price point is certainly what I'd like to be under. I can't think of a reason I'd need to go over that, but I'd have to see what choices I had available.

I had a job where I was literally on my feet, running on hard concrete floors all day long. 12 hours a day. It was brutal. I had no problem with paying $175 for a pair of New Balance. Worth every cent.

Totally depends on what they are being used for.

Running shoes - $175 - $195 max. You get what you pay for, and I like to have the best equipment possible for all the running that I do. Never had any foot, shin, ankle, knee or back injuries from running. Good pairs of shoes help this.

Cross Training Shoes - $125 - $135. Kinda hard to find decent pairs of cross trainers for less than $100 now days.

Putzing around shoes - For just hanging out, going to the mall, and general everyday wear. I dont wear tennis shoes too much for this, so it would have to be some kind of designer, fancy sneakers. For this, it would totally depend on the look, feel and overall "fashionable" design of the shoe. Something like this - Fred Perry 'Kingston' Sneaker | Nordstrom or like this ECCO 'Andrew' Sneaker | Nordstrom

Came very very close to buying these a week or so ago.

I about crapped a gold brick when I saw the tag.

The kid showed me they are handmade in the USA though.

It makes it more worth it, though I rarely wear tennis shoes.

New Balance 991 - New Balance - US
