An A cup to a DD, that's just brilliant! Anyone who feels they need that extreme of a change in order to "not look like a boy," probably needs therapy, and the surgeon probably needs a new career.

Butt implants, I will never understand. Why buy those when squats and lunges are free?
I've been doing squats and lunges all of my adult life. I assure you that such efforts will never result in anything like a "J-lo" butt, unless you already have the structure and you carry a good amount of fat on your backside. Sadly, it's all in the genes.

IMO, it's far too dangerous to use plastic surgery on the area that was designed to be sat on, complications could ruin a life more easily that breast implants, of course, those can have complications too, but they don't take the regular daily pressure that the behind does. Most men have never cared if body parts are enhanced, if it looks good they will like it. There are some men who don't like "fake" parts and will reject a woman with them, but even those men would probably still think she looks good in clothes, or if he doesn't know they are fake. Different men like different sizes though, the idea that bigger is always better in butts, or breasts is just not true for most men.
Yes, where people carry fat is genetic, the butt and hips is where any extra weight goes on me, but on other women it goes into the thighs, or belly (this happens more after menopause). Building up those muscles can certainly make the butt look shapelier though, and exercise will just make a woman stronger rather than risk never being able to sit comfortably again.

The chick's boobs didn't "burst". She never healed - the implant was too large and was rejected through the incision.
