Let's not tell the younger set all our intimate secrets. I'll just say that looks become less important and experience, maturity, and a comfortableness with each other become MUCH MORE SATISFYING than looks ever were.
Self confidence is very sexy, and knows no age limitations.
And a similar question: at which age do they start to look older, but in a bad way?
I have seen women in their 40's, 50's and 60's plus who look amazing!!! The common theme is that they all take care of themselves (eat right, exercise, wear sunscreen, stay out of the sun, wear nice looking clothes, etc). On the flip side, I have seen young women (under 35) who looked weathered, have wrinkles, skin is blotchy, etc. So the answer is really about how much a woman take care of themselves.
Any woman looks bad walking around with a scowl, furrowed brows, pursed lips and a NASTY attitude!!!
Geez, no mention of "Asian" in the search. I think there are racial differences in aging, in addition to lifestyle, having kids, etc. White women tend to peak by age 27 or so (if keeping the weight off), whereas Asian women don't seem to worsen until around age 33. I don't know enough to opine about the other races.
It's funny, but I look better now then any other time in my life, and I'm in my mid-40's. I finally have seen a dermatologist and have solved life long skin struggles, I am slender and fit, I have the right haircut for my face/body, I know my body and wear appropriate clothes, and am learning how to use make-up "naturally". All of these took a long time for me to learn.... too long.
Women are stunned when they learn my age, and men have no clue either.
But definitely I agree that men who were my peers peaked in interest around 27-29. Now I mostly get men the age of my father hitting on me.
I honestly suspect there is something physiologic (hormonal/phermones) that makes men acutely aware of women's age/reproductive potential - even if they don't "realize" it. I'm also at an age where many men can date women of any age, and it isn't that surprising to me that most of them choose a lot younger.....

And Black women look fabulous into their 40s and beyond
There's no way to intelligently answer this topic; some women look a hell of a lot better now than they were when they were teenagers.
Compare how Kate Winslet looked 16 years ago in 'Titanic' as opposed to the absolute bombshell she is today, and she's just one of many who has aged very gracefully.
Kate Winslet reminds me of a study I once read, about women who sometimes carry a little extra weight aging better facially than those who don't. Of all the female celebrities who are aging quite well, the only one I can think of who has always looked thin, including in the face, is (my first celeb semi-crush) Heather Graham. Who is childless and for all we know uses fillers or something.
Its hard to say as I keep raising the age as I get older..right now Ive seen some hotties that are over 55.....not many but a few lol
