I have always had short hair and I look good with it. Look at my photos. The cover photo on my one album here on CD is my new supper supper short cut with blond and heavy roots. The Burning Man photo with red hair is the longest my hair has ever been.

Yes the short hair thing is a stereotype but it does happen to be more true in Latin countries. However last night (I'm back in Puerto Rico) this hottie 29 year old med student was eying me for at least 2 hours last night before this gay guy from Chicago clued me in on this. I am 42 but don't look it and men especially the younger ones love my look. He called me Sharon Stone.

I need to post another thread on this subject. What is up with the younger guys seeking out women that are older then them. And no I NEVER call myself a cougar. Blah! I man made that up.

To each his own. It might not be attractive to you, but interestingly, I get more compliments from white people, when I'm natural, than when I have my weaves in.

I like your short hair (blonde). You look edgy with it.

Oh I have no doubt you do! If everyone thought like I did, well there wouldn't be much difference in men in the world lol.

Long hair add alot in the feminiinty department, and most all men prefer feminine women.

My husband requests I keep my hair below my shoulders. It's fine while I'm in my 20's...not sure how it will hold up long term.

Long hair is typically more sexy, but some women can look nice with short hair.

For example, here is Halle Berry with long hair

And here is Halle Berry with short hair

To me, she looks much more sexy with long hair, but still looks very pretty with short hair.

I do think older women often look much nicer in short hair.

Judi Dench
is a perfect example.

A woman can shave at least 10 years off her age with at least shoulder length hair.

Almost always the case.

Short hair screams I'm an old lady or I don't care anymore.

IMO
