As a teen you should not be doing the same type of diets as adults do but its good for the long run if you put excess weight in check now. The sooner the better. Not for looks only though but for your health.
Don't become one of those people that let it go and then start dealing with health problems later in life. Don't become a dumb dieter either and ruin your body with that. You can be thin and still unhealthy which will show in poor looks too. It may look ok at first but it won't in the long run if you don't eat right.
Good luck with it all.
Yeah you definitely have a precious face. Like previous poster stated to work out, lift weights. Read up on it first. Do some cardio like bike riding, play a sport, etc.
Try to cut some fatty foods out. Don't diet, change your lifestyle of eating, gradually, it makes it mich easier and you wont feel like you are suffering. So lets say tomorrow instead of eating that bag of chips maybe eat a few then eat some fruit and/or vegetables.
An easy way to help is to cut out high fructose corn syrup so fattening, and so bad for you. Beware though a lot of stuff has it in it. So for a baby step cut out colas ( all bubbles). So no more coca-cola. Cola is sooo fattening and sooo bad for you
It's almost like saying "My mum is left handed" or "My mum is republican".
Um, no it's not. Not even close.
Judaism is the religion, but being Jewish is both cultural and "ethnic" - especially if you're Ashkenazi-Jewish, as we share many genetic traits and even diseases (i.e. Tay Sachs).
And to the OP, you look fine! But if you want to lose weight, do it for yourself... not because other people think you should.
