I did that once because I was sick and tired of getting them done and the look I liked from the previous visits to the esthetician would never be consistent. One would always be longer or thicker/thinner than the other. But I will never do that again. I have found someone that can keep them even and consistent with every visit.

Well, I have bad news for you: high eyebrows tend to make women look unintelligent.

She didn't say 'high', just higher than her brows normally grow. My eyebrows tend to grow near my eyelid and then stop right before my browbone which is absolutely NOT where they're supposed to be. Then, I burned one off in an exhaust pipe accident so I just tattooed them on instead and they look pretty fantastic.

I pencil mine on because I don't like the way mine look. My natural eyebrows begin halfway toward the back of my brow-bone, and they used to be really thick but I used to pull them out when I was a kid, bad habit. So since then they've never been that great and I like them better drawn on. I don't really draw noticeable lines, I just kind of work the pencil among what's left of the hair to make it blend in and give my eyebrows some length.

It's somewhat popular in high school where girls are still experimenting with looks, but a lot of Latinas also like the drawn-on look, and because of their generally dark hair color, some of them can pull it off pretty well.

Who cares what other people think? If someone likes the look, that's all that matters. Surely there are more important things to taunt you than someone else's eyebrows.

Exhaust pipe accident? LOL! Sorry, but I AM curious about how that transpired?

My wife used to pluck her eye brow hairs to groom. I had to sit her down and tell her to leave some. She keeps it neat now.
