Can't think of the term for this particular fabric finish/treatment? (fashion, washed)

I am selling this dress on eBay and when I first picked it up I would have sworn it was silk... the washed silk with a sheen, but it is in fact rayon.

I cannot remember what this is called, anyone?

It has a subtle sheen to it, much like this silk fabric (but like I said, it's rayon) and for lack of a better word for it it almost feels moist if that makes sense:

Hard to say without touching it -- charmeuse? Does it have a puddled appearance on the fabric -- could be moiré...
