What to do if my dress is see through? (guys, product, girl)

I have a black maxi dress and a coral and black maxi skirt that I really like and want to wear out, but you can see my underwear. Would you guys not wear any underwear? I tried a nude thong, but you can still see it. I already wore my black maxi dress out and my thong was showing, but I really like that dress and want to wear it again but was called a **** because you could see my underwear.
Wear leggings underneath or tight long shorts. Maybe a camisole too.
But the dress is body hugging then you can see the outline of the shorts and definitely can't wear leggings there are slits in the dress. Would you go without wearing underwear, but that can be nasty.
Wear a thong black with the black dress and I guess nude with the coral...same goes for a bra...don't go without underwear...
Yeah I wore a black thong with the black maxi and was told you can see my underwear in the sunlight. I don't know why they make clothes so sheer. I mean I'm pretty sure other people are buying these clothes I guess they just wear it out and don't care I guess.
