If she was active in the water, her top was probably coming off/shifting and she may have been flashing everyone. That could be the reason she was thrown out.

What can be forgiven to a "large-busted teen," might not be forgiven to a 42 year old women. You kinda expect a better judgment from adults, no?
Or are you suggesting that a teen and an adult women is one and the same thing, as long as they have similar bodies?
I don't give a damn what happens in Missouri. Bigger bottom, smaller bottom, no bottom---all that is okay as long as it is not in may backyard. And for the top, she is ugly, so I recommend a T-shirt.
