I noticed lots of skinny guys have fat wives / girlfriends? the girls are so big I doubt he could carry her if he ever needed to save her life or carry her up some stairs
I think it's better for the man to be big & strong so he can protect his lady, kind of like a fireman, he needs to be strong enough to save lives and carry people, not skinny or underweight , a man should be a man.
Just because a man is thin, doesn't mean he's not a man....plenty of "manly men" are thin. Most thin men have thin wives too...usually when someone is in good shape they look for the same in a partner.

Overweight. I don't think too skinny guys are very attractive. They look too fragile like they gonna tip over or something. An overweight guy can still be attractive. I don't mind a little extra weight on a man.

But I would say slightly overweight. I don't care for little guys. Now lean is good. No problem. but there's a difference in that and underweight .
I like men that have some meat and muscle of them. Guys I liked have usually been lean to stocky. Some skinnier men I have liked, but they're an exception. Extra weight is fine when some men carry it well.
I can go either way. I've always been thin, so I'd probably look for "under weight" first. A little bit of beef or pork doesn't put me off, though. My friend from high school, a self employed contractor, is as skinny as a greyhound. He's very fit, strong, and doesn't have a problem putting in a 12 hour day.

If he is very fit he has muscle tone. To me that's not underweight like skin and bone... So that's fine. I dated an underweight guy once and when we got ready to do ...you know what...I was so put off. In my defense ..I was only 18 and pretty shallow. On women on the other hand, I like too thin over overweight. I am a woman myself.
