Not a single one of those people have or had a tramp stamp. Not all tattoos are created equal.
Funny, I would view the one between my shoulderblades perfectly equally with the one on my lower back, if not for the fact that the one on my lower back is a better design with better detailing.

I think it's on the same vein as 'people with piercings are gross, but I have 8 holes in my ears and it's cute!'
I have five tattoos. In normal clothing, you can't see any of them. Even in sleeveless clothing. And yes, one of the tattoos is a "tramp stamp".
I'm college educated, happily married, working full-time. I don't feel my tattoos take away from any of that, or make me less of a person because I have permanent drawings on my skin. I got them in easily concealable places because I recognized that others, namely future employers, wouldn't feel the same way I do.
If tattoos are so deeply offensive to you, don't get one. Problem solved.
