What is your shopping style in a brick & mortar store (opposed to online)?

Definitely varies, as I am not an average sized lady. Tough to find proper fit for my long arms and legs, but if I find I buy.

I'm with Pitt Chick, especially with the long arms, but also with the wide waist. If I find it and it fits, and I like the way it looks, I'll buy it, no matter what.

I shop regular retail and online. And its always a chore finding anything that fits.

Shoes. Frustrating waste of time for someone with size 11 feet to go shopping for shoes in a store. The selection is limited, if there is anything at all. Waste of time.

Sometimes I can find the item I'm looking for, even if I have to shop around for best price(s). Other times, not so lucky. For example: I can go into about 3 or 4 different stores of the same name in different locales (looking for a particular item) but if their rack of pants or whatever only has x-small or way extra-large, nothing in between, you can bet I'll see if I can find it online. It's been my luck though, I'll go into a brick and mortar clothing store, see something I'd like but the store only sells that item in petite's. I once saw a t-shirt that I wanted to get DH, because of the design but was told that they only sell that item in the Big/Tall Men's (which he's not). Sometimes stores can be such a tease.

I don't buy online because I have to try on - I don't have one size, it varies too much and I don't like to return online stuff. I will go in person always, but sometimes I'll buy, sometimes I may not. Just depends if I find something.

It varies. I have some go to stores and brands and if I needs/want something I know I can usually find something. But there are a few categories I feel are just better online.

I have the hardest time shopping for bras. My size is not easy to find in stores, and it is so annoying to need to buy 3 to figure out the fit.

Finding a bra-sized swimsuit was not easy! I purchased 4 and returned 3!
