Hoiw often do you wash and condition your hair?

I wash my hairs twice to thrice a week because according to me washing your hairs daily causes harm to them. So I wash them every third day with my favorite Tresemme Smooth Shine Shampoo. Every other day.

It gets oily fast, but I force myself to stretch it out a little but using dry shampoo on the in between days.

After 4 days, you could fry an egg in the grease. Nasty.

Lately I have been trying the every other day thing as it's supposed to be healthier than every day. I rarely use a contioner as it makes my hair unmanagable. I use different shampoos and not always the same one. One of my favorites was "Wash and Curl" which now is hard to find but I can get it on Drugstore.com. My hair is just a bit of natural curl that came back a few years ago when I stopped having perms.
