I've had a few people tell me I'm ugly, but I also have had quite a few girls tell me otherwise and I've had a nice amount of luck with them haha but do you guys think I'm attractive? I don't have the best teeth, but I do smile sometimes haha! 
This is just my tough look. I'm pretty muscular, not the thinnest though.
I just get self conscious about my nose sometimes cause I feel like it's really wide.
And you can probably tell I'm about 25% black lol

No you're not "bad-looking." You have a unique look which could really stand out in some places that aren't used to multi-cultural people. That will probably help you more than hurt you with women, as many of us like men who are exotic or unique.

You are a nice looking young man!
The photo reminds me of some old album covers.
The photo reminded me of old Cat Stevens and Bob Dylan records for some reason.
Both of those guys were huge as in massive-selling big time artists. Bob couldn't sing and at best sounded like your friend with no voice trying to sing after three drinks. Cat Stevens sang great and could write too.
Just be confident, not too cocky and not arrogant.
Be sweet and approach and talk to girls that you like.
Be yourself. They are no different than you are in that everybody sometimes lets the insecurities/negativity flow and lets self doubt creep in. The girl(s) probably at sometime has wondered or is wondering, "Do I Look Alright?", "I wish that guy would say hello, I wonder is it cause I'm not pretty, maybe my look(clothes-hair-makeup) is all wrong"?
Everybody has been there.
It is normal.
Realize that everybody sometimes lets these insecurities get the best of them and they let their mind go crazy over nothing.
Just be sure to treat every girl/woman with respect and manners. Be yourself and don't try to be somebody that you are not. You have zero problems in the looks department!
Just be sweet and treat girls right and you'll do fine. P.S. they won't bite and they definitely won't find you unattractive. Confidence and a nice smile..and be sincere, polite and nice .. will help you with the ladies.

You're not bad looking at all.
You need to wash your face a couple of times a day, it will clear up those spots. (sorry, just used to telling my daughter the same thing)

Thanks and I do wash frequently, I just can never seem to get my face completely clear, I think it's in my genetics, I've always struggled with it, but it's not a HUGE issue. |

I gotta say.... you are better looking than me and I was OK with girls (mostly, I think) and married and kids and everything in my life...
But, dude, to be honest, I can't say the photo wasn't completely ugly, because you bombarded me with your humongous face on my screen. What a terror.
