I don't think I'd use a flat iron on it; I kind of like the curled/tangled look. Just the sides need to be trimmed/shaped so they fall better, or maybe when it's longer it will do it on its own. I wonder if there is something like a leave-in conditioner (Redken?) you could put in it after you wash it where you could comb it and then tousle it, something that will keep any frizz down? My hair is curly and I have the same problem, but I use a flat iron on mine. But mine is less manageable than yours.

In the 70s when everyone had Dorothy Hamill hair and "feathered" hair, Redken had a product that came in a tube that was basically a leave in conditioner but also kind of held your hair in place (feathering) when you blowdried it. Now they have gel, but it wasn't gel. It looked just like body lotion, but it wasn't sticky or gooey and didn't make your hair feel like it had any kind of goop on it. You would just put a little dab, maybe nickel size, on your hand, rub your hands together, and rub it all through your hair. I actually remembered the name of it a few years ago and Redken still had a product by that name, but it was NOT the same thing. Now I can't remember the name. Wish I could find that stuff again.

Yes. You should be clean shaven though.

Not like pictured. If I were interviewing, I likely would not give you a second interview unless you had some exceptional credentials. Long hair on a man conveys to me someone who is not likely going to fit in well or be easily managed. But that is my generation speaking more than anything. Interesting question though.

Best.

Guys can look good with longer hair, it just needs to be styled. You can't just grow it out for 22 months and expect it to look good. I would think a hair cut like this http://www.thewallpapers.org/photo/6...sworth-050.jpg would look good.

I think you are nice looking but the hair style is not flattering. I like longer hair on guys, but like others have said, have it professionally
styled.

Unless he is a professional crack dealer, then this could work.
