His hair does look odd, but his hair has always been strawberry blond. I have red headed relatives that are in their 80s and their hair has faded, but is still red. I think that's the case with him rather than a dye job, but I'm not sure. I do remember years ago that when he started getting bumpy warts on his face he chose to keep them rather than have them taken off.

Here's a nice montage, with commentary, on his life.

Probably a result of too much Sun Dancing off his face.

Thank God he knows who he is and who he's not. He's always been more attuned to the inside. Refreshing from the often times shallow world we live in.

He's an old dude.
He looks old.
Who cares?
That seems about right.

He's an outdoorsman, of course his face is going to be a piece of tanned leather. He looks great. Some men are Grants, some are Redfords.

My off-the-cuff thought is that Robert Redford may be one of those rare individuals with a clear and balanced view of life. Even when you are making your living in great measure by virtue your beautiful face (or body), you are not your face or body and when their beauty decays as it always will, your life and work as a human being do not vanish with them - unless you are seriously deluded about the importance of physical attractiveness.
