That is what I wear as pajamas. Not sure why you make it out like people should be surprised that you own those kinds of clothes.. even my grandmother wears that kind of stuff for pajamas (minus the underwear sticking out of the pants).
I'm not surprised , everyone has a different ideal on what PJ's look like, mine look like the above I posted... ..It's personal choice, I really don't care what others wear, it has no bearing on my life...
Wait - Pajamas is the stuff you wear in bed usually and what we are discussing here.
This loungestuff is what you slip into after you come out of bed, right?
So that would be a different discussion after all.
So, dear pajama shoppers, are you really sleeping in these pajamas after you went in public and in stores and were subjected to dirt/pollution/pollen/....?

I sleep in the buff, so a robe or loungewear what I'd slip into...
I don't even own a pajama, since I sleep naked. But before I slip into a pajama in the morning when I wake up, I rather put on real clothes or at least casual gym stuff to walk the doggy. And when I leave the house to go shopping, it takes me one minute to exchange gym pants with jeans.
Most people who dress to impress are doing it to get something from others. Their approval, their validation, their admiration, their respect, their lust...
You should dress nicely because you like to. You enjoy fashion. Some reason that serves YOU.
You probably use that same excuse not to bathe, comb your hair, or wash your clothes.
Lack of pride definitely !
That would have been my next question - the people who leave the house in pajamas - do they get up in the mornings without showering and wear the clothes they just slept (and sweat) in for 8 (?) hours outside the house?
Or do they shower and then get BACK into their sweaty pajamas (then why not dress for real?).
It is not just that it looks odd if people walk around in stores with pajamas, it also gives me the chills to think that they wore the SAME stuff in bed and WILL again the next night. It just seems pretty dirty to me, or am I totally off here? Help me understand ...
