1 pair of running/workout shoes
2 pairs of casual shoes (wear to gym sometimes as well)

Have a few new and unused pairs of shoes in waiting but generally 3-4 pairs of used sneakers that are available for use at any given time.

Currently, my daily wear is the white leather with black stripe. The only pair I've ever had trouble with is the black with orange stripe. I retired them when I found they weren't suitable for walking a lot during my trip to Boston in June. It's a mystery because they're the same model - Clydes - as my pair with white leather and black stripe, and I wore those walking miles and miles around London and Boston with no problem whatsoever.

I have yet to wear the green with black stripe or new blue with white stripe. I'm going to wait until my current daily pair wears down a bit more.
Where do you usually buy them? Stores? Online?
I do a lot of shoe shopping online.

One, for exercise. I used to have more for general purpose and recreational wear but as I've gotten older (relatively speaking) I've found that I wear loafers and/or dress shoes exclusively for social occasions or even going out to eat by myself.

I bought myself two new pairs of Puma Suedes in different colors last year. This year, no new sneakers for Christmas. I have a closet full of them. It's becoming a disease! I can't get enough cool kicks...
