I've never really gotten into cologne but I want to try it out. I don't mind spending a lot if it's good. What do you like the best?

None. I prefer the natural fresh out of the shower having used unscented soap scent.

Cologne is one of those things you don't want to mess around with the cheap stuff.

I recommend a light, clean and citrusy cologne for daytime ... like Hermes Eau d'Orange Vert, Christian Dior Eau Sauvage, or my favorite Guerlaine Imperiale. Night time you can wear something more complex with notes of vetiver, tobacco, musk, amber, cardamom, etc.

Wear just a little. No one should be able to smell you if they are standing more than two feet away from you.

This is how I usually am, plus some deodorant. But I would still like to try out some colognes.

I don't like perfumes or colognes. My husband wears Old Spice deodorant and that's enough for me. It reminds me of my dad because my dad wore Old Spice after shave. I have a soft spot for Old Spice.

Yeah, this is something that has always turned me away from wearing cologne. I could always smell it on other guys and I was like "woah dude." I'm afraid if I wear it I'm going to get that kind of reaction. I've heard about that Dior scent you mentioned. Have you ever tried givenchy play intense?

and no one is allowed in my home wearing Old Spice because of my biological donor, I don't want to be reminded of that pathetic excuse for a human.
