Knew a guy that fasted for religious reasons. He claimed his energy went through the roof when he was not eating. Guy was in solid shape too. No food just water.

Yeah... we fast one day a week every Advent and Lent.
We never got that energy boost your friend claims...

I get nasty when I don't eat.

Therefore, I eat as often as I can. Fasten? Hell no!

Fasting is painful. Always eat 2 hearty meals per day and stay healthy.

If I don't eat appropriately, I get dizzy and dehydrate. Sorry, don't want to crash midday just for the sake of staying thin .
