I'd say the worse is the deep south: Walmart rules in MS, AL, LA
Best would be NYC and Los Angeles. Both places dress in current fashions, which is fun to see.

Hate baggy and sagging pants that practically show your rear crack area.

There's actually a guy at work that dresses like this. Ridiculous.

I agree if it exposes too much crack or underwear then it's definitely not good looking but there are some ways to pull it off.

call me nostalgic for the casual 70's look , but I wish the days of sweatpants, rollers in the hair and smoking would come back around for the ladies

Guess I'm a rare one who likes the way Seattle people dress--maybe because I lived there for 30+ years. What's wrong with precip jackets and rain clogs? Worst city? Gallup, New Mexico!!!!. How do they dress? Look at the Walmart photos circulating on email. When shopping there I get asked if I'm from out of town!
