A little eye liner, some highlighting on your cheeks to make them stand out, maybe a little hair lightening and a more flattering style. You also need to accentuate your breasts more, make them "pop".

You'd still look like an ugly woman, just one with expensive make up, hair and decent boobs.

That's what I said earlier. But your response was way more constructive than mine.

Doctor Pepper....you can look like a (slightly butch) woman, but you are going to have to try a lot harder to get it right. Work on grooming (that hair, OMG), experiment with makeup, play with your clothing choices. Depending where you live, you might have access to stores that cater to crossdressers and guys that want to perfect their makeup and appearance to look more feminine. Lots of resources out there for you! Best of luck!
