That's what 90% of the girls wear on the campus of URI.. that and their Uggs.. It's almost like their drones..
Leggings or yoga pants, basically skin tight black spandex that shows everything....

It's good to see some who don't follow the pack.

If I looked like they do, I'd wear those pants EVERYWHERE. Seriously.

I'm not complaining, if the gals wanna show their stuff that's fine. I find the ones who don't wear that stuff and follow the
trend a bit more engaging and creative is all..

No, they're not dressing for themselves. And anyone who says women categorically don't want to be approached in the gym is clueless or in denial.

Eh. What people find comfortable to wear isn't necessarily an indictment of creativity. I realize you're on a college campus and surrounded by very young women who probably do consciously consider their attire from a fashion standpoint, even if it's casualwear, but in the post-collegiate world, you'll find that women don't always so carefully plan their "artfully casual" look...they just wear what they like/like the feel of, and it's not so premeditated. I remember being a college student, and actually putting a lot of thought into even the most casual of outfits...those days are gone. I just wear what I like and is comfy.

I categorically don't want to be approached in the gym! It's why I put on my "****** face" and crank up my mp3 player.

It is not pants, it is their buttocks which caught your attention. I use sporting clothes because they are comfy.

Here at Rutgers, every gal dresses differently top to bottom. Some do wear yoga pants, but there are many others who don't.
