Its not just Italians. People of many cultures tend to think that wearing such clothes are trashy and discriminate in their own way.

But I can see where you are coming from. The mafia thugs who beat their wives usually wore white tanks, hence they are called "wife beaters".

I never said all of them do. Just like in any group of people, there are some who do and some who don't.
