I saw a woman the other day who was just absolutely beautiful. She was not just simply pretty, attractive or good looking, but she was just BEAUTIFUL. She also had an incredible fashion sense, a poise, a charm and a natural grace. A 1-1000.
The funny thing is that it seemed like it was the women who were checking her out even more than the men. Someone so beautiful must get lots of looks from both women and men.
What do you think when you see someone who is just absolutely beautiful?
FYI: I saw her again a week later wearing basically no makeup and she was still stunning.

I know someone like this currently. She could be wearing a plastic sack and no make-up and she would still be gorgeous.
Actually come to think of it I know three women like this. And, bonus, they are each really nice, down-to-earth people which makes them even more beautiful.
To your OP: I think "wow, she is absolutely beautiful and fashionable."
I think they are beautiful and that's it.
On the other hand, if I see a woman who is just regular, but looks fabulous, I make note of what she is wearing, and file it away for whether it is something I can use for myself.
