Tough to tell without a full body photo.... you just look slouchy.

Not at all pudgy. You are a decent-looking guy. (C'mon people, he can't do anything about his ear placement which IMHO looks fine to me!)

You do look a little alarmed about something though. Maybe it's the glasses. I'd change those to something less nerdy-looking.

The glasses are too large for your face and the frames are way too dark. Go to a good optician and find a pair that really suit your face. Look for rimless. Sit up straight and get rid of the t-shirt.
