Wow, never realized I was in the minority for wearing t-shirts to bed. In the summer I wear shorts and the winter I wear pajama pants. Anything less and I sweat all over the bed and it's gross and I hate it.
The main problem is that my bedroom is ghastly hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter, so I usually feel comfortable wearing anything from just shorts without a shirt on in July to sweatpants+T-shirt+sleepwear sweaters in the winter inside my room. Perhaps I should search for better insulation from the summer heat so that I can wear a shirt year round. Let me post this issue in the house section and ask for advice.
Try flannel sheets or a wool blanket in the winter.
In the summer, AC works really good.
On the body image - are you kidding me? ......... seriously, it's sad to read so many insecure posts - especially for people in their own home or their own skin ....... yeah, as you age things are going to shift and jump - it's nature, deal with it ....... why would you sleep in a less comfortable way just because you don't look like you did in your 20s? - insanity[/QUOTE]
Maybe I don't think I look that bad now and neither does Mrs. Rogarven.
I never wear clothes to bed. If a burglar broke in ill fight them naked. Most people will shy away from fighting a naked person. And of they don't? F it. Bring it. Ill still kick your azz.
