For those of you using bar soap, try the liquid jel/soap. I tried it and never looked back once I realized that it make no difference in my skin AND ESPECIALLY for ease of cleaning the tub and shower doors/surround. NO SOAP SCUM, YEA

Default Used the body gels, etc.

and spent as much time trying to get the suds out of the pouf (not poof, BTW) as I did bathing. At 65 years old I've never had dry skin.

Every day-bar soap is the only kind I use or have ever kept in my home. I use it for hand-washing as well as when showering.
Yardley oatmeal almond, Dial Basic (which is what their "Pure & Natural" was re-branded as), and Clearly Natural Vit. E glycerin soap.

Yeah, I definitely thought I was in a minority of people who still use bar soap lol

If I had to guess, I'd say it's mostly older people who still do.

Since when . If there was not a market for men's body wash, then axe, Nivea, old spice, dial, and others would not be selling a men's version of body wash. Have you ever showered with mens body wash before. Trust me, its hard to part with once you start using it.

My skin is too sensitive for the poof. After I used one it felt like my legs and arms were on fire. And body was doesn't lather on a washcloth. SO I use Olay bar soap.

Everytime im in the soap isle shopping for body wash I see the bar soap and think to myself "people still use that stuff, I cant believe they even keep it on the shelves still". Apparently after reading this thread they do, who would have thought....
