All my life I have been jealous of people with light hair and eyes because I have seen blonde hair and red hair girls called pretty but always seen passed me. I have always hated my hair because of how dark it is(very dark brown/black). I have have very dark brown almost black eyes. I also have olive/beige skin.
I love dark-haired, dark-eyed women, but I live in the Southwest (see it a lot). My favorite thing, though, is when women have those physical attributes in combination with paler skin. Makes the hair and eyes really stand out.
I don't have a specific single standard for feminine beauty, except for some of those that anthropologists have discovered really seem to be universal across cultures: 1:0.73 hip-to-waist ratio, fuller lips, larger eyes, prominent cheeks, and a "significant coiffure.
Beyond that, I like ethnicity to bear itself out. Pale Scandanavian women look stunning to me blonde and blue-eyed and Asian woman look stunning to me with long black hair and dark, almond-shaped eyes. Asian women with blue eyes and blonde hair look unattractive to me. Generally, women with lighter hair and eyes than skin color look wrong to me.
Depends on the woman, I guess. Some women with dark hair and eyes can be extremely attractive, in my honest example. Good examples of this can be some Jewish women.
