Personally I would not waste the money on the dress or either necklace however, it is your dress and your choice what to wear and people who do not know you or your taste cannot give you a well informed answer regarding jewelry or fashion without knowing you personally.
Ask your friends what you should wear if you can't seem to pick your own clothing and jewelry.
Those necklaces look like something my 80 yr old granny wears or what my 65 yr old mother would wear sorry it just does ...skip the necklace camp here .
Well, i do not think so. Many young people also wear this kind of necklace nowadays. It seems the fashion of 2013.
I agree that you should invest in really nice earrings, and wear a dainty chain and pendant, if anything at all. Pair the chunkier pendants you like with less formal clothes.
You are young, no? Emphasize your beautiful neck and decollete. You have years ahead of you when chunky stuff will look great. Now you should enjoy your youth, and show off your gorgeous skin. You will never be this fresh looking again. Flaunt that, instead of chunky jewelry.
