If you want better fitting pieces, you're going to have to go to higher end stores. Even children's sizes of higher end pieces, like Burberry, can look good on an adult. Try Nordstrom, Saks, even Macy's. I've had the best luck with White House/Black Market with XS and XXS sizes. Walmart and Target children's clothing is designed for kids, not adults who wear kids sizes. Besides, that type of clothing isn't worth getting tailored.

Be at whatever weight makes you happy, without doing anything stupid to achieve it. If you can easily be 90 pounds, be 90 pounds. If your knees hurt at 105 pounds, lose the weight.
