One Christmas years ago while living in northwest Arkansas, I flew out to Newport Beach and spent the week in 80 degrees laying on the beach every day. Came back, sunburned, tan...and when I returned, wearing shorts and a Hawaiian shirt, walking across the parking lot at XNA...in 8 degrees and snow, I wish I would have dressed a bit more appropriately. Yeah, I got some strange looks.

I wear the same but substitute flip flops for sneakers unless it is very cold. This Christmas it was flip flops driving across New Mexico and west Texas.

I wear a dress, and sandals. Sometimes my Ugg boots in the winter, which, seem to look fine with a dress. I have almost every shade of Ugg boots!

Regardless of the climate/season/fashion I prefer a black tux, spats and top hat...all in black.

I usually just wear whatever I'm wearing on that day. If I'm wearing flip flops, I kick them off when I'm driving.

For some reason, I've never felt that the control of my car was particularly restricted by my attire, with the exception of certain boots that don't play too well with the space around the pedals. That can be a little annoying.

Other than that, I might get rid of my jacket for a while.

You need to buy better shoes that fit properly. Good shoes should not do either.

I never thought about it, but I guess I try to wear something comfortable. This just that simple.
