Do older women have problems with crotch sweat that younger women don't have?

I'd really like to see less bare armed women when the season calls for sleeves!

This morning, I caught just a moment of the ABC Sunday Morning show. I don't watch it, so I don't know the players' names, but it was striking.

A young female reporter in a nice suit did a segment on the cold weather. So your mind is thinking mmm... cold. The camera pulls back and there are 4 or 5 other news people at the news desk, similarly dressed in business-like suits.

In the midst of all this winter clothing, one woman was dressed in what looked like a sleeveless, wide-spaghetti strapped bridesmaid dress. She looked so silly and out-of-place. A fashion victim.

I do understand that there are many women who are rightfully proud of their toned arms. And good for them! But are bare tops showing lots of clavicle and shoulders really appropriate in the middle of our Arctic-whatever?
