Q: Do I need to use a body moisturiser? Lee Kynaston answers your grooming questions :: Men's Health

I find my skin is pretty dry at times, so it could probably benefit from using an all-over moisturiser. For awhile I used a moisturiser after having a shower (which was a step for someone has lazy as me) and it did help, but of course after awhile I slackened off. Some body washes have moisturising properties but it doesn't seem to be the same.

Guys do you moisturise the rest of your body apart from your face? If so what is your regime?

CeraVe is pretty good. That's what I use.

Vasoline.

The only thing that really gets dry for me is my feet and face. Face (lips particularly) is usually riding in the cold. Vasoline and a balaclava help a lot. It's pretty greasy stuff but dirt cheap and highly effective at retaining moisture in the skin. No idea what is with my feet. I just have defective feet.

I use lubriderm on my face. For some reason my skin on my cheeks gets dry, this helps a lot.
i also use sunless tanning lotion, hat helps as well, plus make me look tan.

If spraying water on one's body/skin does not count for this, then No, I don't think so.

I use men's Vaseline body & Face lotion. My skin dries up easily, so moisturizing is essential everyday.

Eucerin or Gold Bond head to toe from Fall until Spring. Not so much in the summer, humid in my part of town.

It's a great habit to get into, guys.
The men I know who have moisturized all look appx. 10 years younger than other men the same age.
And basically any good moisturizer will do it, even a store brand.....

I do. I use store brand fragrance-free moisturizer and lip balm. I did a round of accutane in my early 20's, so I have to use those products.
